If the item is broken in the post, we will refund the full cost of the item including postage costs as well as send you a free pair of surprise studs for your inconvenience!
All of our items are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the item is posted. We post our items either the same day as the order, or the next working day. The parcels are large letters and will post through standard letterboxes. The bubblewrap is bio-degradable but please try to reuse the packaging again before discarding.
We continue to ship internationally following Brexit. However, due to the rise in custom charges we incur to continue posting to EU and EEA countries, these customers will now sadly see a rise in postage costs. We continue to post all items fully insured at the lowest possible cost to our lovely customers.
We are occasionally experiencing up to a 3-week delay for postage with Royal Mail. Please keep this in mind when you place an order. However since the end of 2020, the majority of orders are currently arriving within 5 working days of postage to UK residents, and within 2 weeks for elsewhere.
